Frantz was born in George Town Guyana in South America and grew up across 3 continents. He is a practicing Solicitor and a CILEx Litigator and Advocate.  He initially qualified as a barrister and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2014. He is a member of The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. Frantz also holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Manchester. Frantz is well connected internationally and has built a practice spanning several legal specialist areas such as Business, Commercial, Litigation, Employment, Family, Property, and Immigration. He has held positions as a CILEx Chief Examiner for Immigration and Probate Practice and property management including as a committee member of the defunct University of York Code of Practice for student accommodation. He is also an experienced landlord. Frantz is extremely pragmatic and fearlessly protective of his client’s best interests. His client care is second to none. One of his greatest strengths is maintaining long term relationships with clients. Frantz is praised for his ability to work effectively under pressure, adapt to fast changing demands and needs, and build strong relationships with his clients. He is also praised for the wisdom and discernment to defend the defenceless. Outside of work Frantz is a keen cyclist having taken part in several long-distance cycling activities and enjoys wild camping in the sticks. He is also a BSAC qualified Scuba diver. Frantz enjoys spending time with family and close friends.

Jessica joined Frantz Gregory & Co in November 2019 and now plays a key role in helping the firm strengthen its Employment, Litigation and Immigration services, assisting Dr Frantz Gregory. Jessica graduated from the University of Hull in June 2019 in Law and enrolled on an LLM/LPC masters programme at the BPP University of Law. She is due to complete she studies later in the year. In her role, Jessica assists with drafting Particulars of Claim, Defence, Employment Claims (ET1) and Immigration applications. She also assists in cases involving Property disputes and disputes over Wills and Inheritance Act Claims. I have always wanted to progress my legal career within a legal practice with a progressive outlook and to provide support to those who need practical and legal solutions to their problems. Jessica is also a qualified Workplace Investigator and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx). Outside of work, Jessica enjoys sports, reading, swimming, visiting new places and spending time with her family and young son.

Miss Ezekiel

Lydia joined Frantz Gregory & Co in June 2021 as an Associate. Lydia graduated from Newcastle University in July 2020 with a degree in Law. During her studies, Lydia created and managed a support group for students with learning difficulties within the Law School. This involved creating a space for students with learning difficulties to express themselves and raise challenges they faced and then making representations on their behalf to the Law School Leadership Team. Before joining Frantz Gregory & Co, Lydia worked as an undergraduate Research Associate at Newcastle University. Here, she was part of a team tasked with writing a pedagogical paper. Lydia is an avid reader and particularly loves thriller novels. Lydia enjoys travelling and going to music concerts.

Ryan is an assistant at the firm and works primarily on the reception desk at the Hull office. Ryan’s is the first point of call for clients coming into the office. Ryan is a friendly face who is always happy to help. Ryan assists across the wider firm’s services with administrative and legal support.
